The Yoga Nut, Lucie Walker
Yoga, Nutrition, and the Art of Deep Relaxation

My Yoga is shaped by a lifetime of teaching and a love of story.
Through slow, meditative practices, gentle flow, and nourishing guidance, I would love to help you find deep relaxation for both body and mind.
What Do I Offer?
In a nutshell, I offer yoga classes in Gloucestershire for all abilities, day yoga retreats, retreats abroad, and one-on-one yoga sessions. I also offer nutritional therapy with naturopathy, for which I offer one-to-one consultations.
Yin Yoga
Slow, meditative classes designed to encourage deep relaxation and restore balance in both body and mind.
Hatha Flow
A more dynamic style of yoga focusing on strength, flexibility, and stamina, while still remaining mindful and accessible.
Yoga Retreat Days
Day retreats offering space to rest, unwind, and reconnect, often including nourishment and reflective elements.
Yoga and Nutrition
A holistic approach that brings together movement, stillness, and nutritional understanding to support wellbeing.
